Hello!

I am a small-town girl living the big-city dream. I moved to Austin about seven years ago to attend the University of Texas and once I graduated, I just couldn’t bring myself to leave! In my free time, I enjoy playing board games with friends, relaxing at home, and hanging out with my partner and two goofball dogs.

As a psychotherapist and couples counselor, I help clients develop healthier relationships and reach their goals by finding solutions catered to their unique needs and strengths. This requires navigating options, viewing and understanding different perspectives, and having the motivation for change. Therapy is a journey with ups and downs. It’s not always easy, but I truly believe it is worth it. I will help clients navigate this journey and create a path for better understanding, healing, and healthier relationships.

$95 per 50-minute session 

Couples
$115 per 50-minute session
$ 229 per 100-minute session

Sliding Scale Rates Available

*I am out-of-network for all insurance carriers, however I can provide the paperwork you need to pursue reimbursement. For those with financial difficulty, sliding scale fees may be available.
